" Creative cooking and healthy eating have always been passions of mine. I try to incorporate as much delicious variety into my diet as possible and I love inspiring others to do the same.
The idea for Food Forethought began during the COVID-19 pandemic. With offices closed, many of my friends were suddenly working from home, and they lacked lunch routines. Whether they were ordering takeout, skipping lunch, or just snacking all day, food was an afterthought for them. Helping them with some simple meal ideas, food organization, and even basic nutritional guidance became my rewarding new hobby. |
In addition to cooking, I enjoy outdoor adventures involving kayaking and tree climbing, road trips and overseas volunteer exchanges, and social partner dancing. I grew up in Kenmore and have lived in the Seattle area my entire life.
